Marvel Rivals takes a ton of aspects we see from other hero shooters, and infuses them within the Marvel universe to make a lovely game for players to check out.
Now, NetEase has posted their official roadmap for the games release, and there's some room for unrevealed heroes to appear before the game releases.

Marvel Rivals is the next multiplayer game that will encompass the entire Marvel universe, and it will combine the elements of Overwatch and Paladins that players have grown to love over the years.
Now, with the release approaching fans will be diving straight into Season 0 and all 33 heroes at launch.
However, at the time of writing, Rivals only has 27 playable heroes, but the following characters have been found in the game files; indicating that they will be revealed soon.

- Ultron
- Squirrel Girl
- Black Widow
- Hawkeye
- Cloak and Dagger
