The long awaited return of EA Sports College Football 25 is nearly here, as College Football fans haven’t had a title to play since NCAA Football 2014.
Now, the game will be released sometime during Summer of 2024, and before you dive into the action, EA will announce a cover start for the game.
Here’s who we suspect it will be for the time being.

ne of the best aspects of any football game is trying to bring your favorite team to the top, and this will be relevant for all College football fans, as there’s over 100 FBS schools for players to choose from.
No matter if you’re a fan of the Michigan Wolverines, or a MAC school such as Toledo, you’ll find someone to play as each time.
Before players dive into the game, EA will announce a cover start to the game, and there’s been heavy fan discussion already into who would be the best fit for this years cover.
While we can speculate that this won’t be revealed until May, as this is when the full game is going to be revealed, here’s a shortlist of who could make the cover.
- Shedeur Sanders
- Arch Manning
- Quinn Ewers
There could also be a coach to dawn the cover, with Nick Saban recently retiring this more or less rules him out. But the likes of Deion Sanders or Kirby Smart could be next up.
