Destiny 2 has consistently been one of the most played live service games throughout the years, and as players embark during the Lightfall DLC, we’re slowly approaching The Final Shape.
Now, Bungie has outlined the downtime window for The Final Shape, and here's what we know.
Destiny 2 The Final Shape Downtime: How Long, and More
The Final Shape was originally slated to release in February of 2024, and this is also around when most players expect annual Destiny 2 updates, so it wasn’t much of a surprise for players.
However, we're now in the final 24 hours before the DLC releases, and they've noted the following on the downtime window.
Maintenance for Destiny 2: The Final Shape and Update 8.0.0.1 will begin on June 3 at 9 AM PDT (-7 UTC). At this time, the game will be brought offline for maintenance and preload will become available for all platforms.
