Deadlock has been Valve's worst-kept secret since the closed beta became public during the Summer of 2024.
With many gaining access to the game for their first look at some of the new heroes, we're going to now run over all of the Steam PC hardware requirements to run Deadlock.
Here's what we know.

Deadlock System Requirements: Minimum, Recommended, Steam Deck and More
Deadlock is the latest game from Valve, and much like their other titles, this one is diving into a category they aren't specifically known for, which is MOBAs.
With six new heroes slated to come out in the next couple of weeks, more and more of you are vying to dive into the action; but you'll first want to know the specifications required to run Deadlock.
However, with the game technically still in closed-beta, Valve has not made any adjustments to their Steam page for Deadlock, and this unfortunately includes PC hardware requirements.
But, after playing Deadlock ourselves, and testing the game throughout it's development thus far, we would at least recommend the following specs:
- Any CPU above an Intel i5 series or AMD Ryzen 5000 series
- GTX 960/R9 380 and higher is a safe bet
- 16GB Ram
- 35GB Storage
If you are checking out Deadlock, be sure to head over to our Vulcan II TKL Pro page, as this will be a fantastic option for players.
