Battlefield 6 Does Not Feature Console Only Crossplay

Battlefield 6 is one of the most anticipated FPSs we've had in quite some time, and EA has revived the franchise back to the good old days with the latest iteration.

Any game these days has settings that are either hit or miss among players, and EA has noted a new decision regarding crossplay for console players.

      Here's what we know.

Battlefield 6 Does Not Feature Console-Only Crossplay

Battlefield 6 aims to reinvent the series, following a somewhat disappointing release for 2042, and so far, so good for EA and co.

While players have responded nicely to BF6, there was some discussion points pertaining to crossplay in the leadup to launch.

While we've already noted that yes, Battlefield 6 has full-fledged crossplay between console and PC players. Therefore, there is NOT console-only crossplay. This means that if you turn this feature on, you'll be up against PC players.

If you want to only play against console players, then you're going to have to do so with crossplay disabled. Which also means that PlayStation and Xbox players will not be able to play with one another unless this feature is enabled.
