And while we have brought in more product and hired more staff to handle this demand the dramatic increase on all online ordering this year will impact carrier’s ability to deliver against their normal expectations.
When you do make a purchase from Turtle Beach, rest assured our team will do everything possible to get your order to you quickly and efficiently, and safely. While we expect that we will be able to fulfill orders so that it will arrive by our communicated delivery, we have no control over the carrier networks (USPS, UPS, Fedex) and their ability to deliver against what they communicate. Ordering early is the best thing to avoid one of those holiday hiccups where something doesn’t arrive on-time. COVID-19 has definitely created a more difficult situation when it comes to ordering online and receiving items on-time, and ordering early will help ensure you get what you want, when you want it.
The optimal timing for purchasing from Turtle Beach is to get that order placed by Monday, Dec. 14, 2020. Our team will continue to diligently fulfill orders after Dec. 14th, however, orders received after that date are less likely to arrive by Christmas.
